PIA ROOM BLOCK AT THE GRADUATE IS SOLD OUT FOR FRIDAY & SATURDAY NIGHT
You have two options:
- Graduate Providence: email Meeting Logistics Chair (chris@ballenger-intl.com) with your name, date of arrival and date of departure. She will contact the Graduate hotel personally on a case-by-case basis to try and get you a room. They do have availability Tuesday through Thursday and possibly Friday and will work with us for rates. The rate might be higher for Friday night.
- Hampton Inn 58 Weybosset Street Providence (within walking distance of the Graduate Providence) They have agreed to a courtesy block At $209 Tuesday through Thursday and $299 for Friday and Saturday. State and local taxes are an additional 15%. Reservations MUST be received at the hotel by Saturday, Aug 12 to get these rates. Valet parking is $32 per night if used. Reservations muct cancel outside of 48 hours prior to arrival or you will be charged first nights room and tax. AFTER you book your room – please contact Mary Thompson (mary@pia.com) ASAP with your meal preference for the PIA Friday night dinner. Choices are: Pan Seared Atlantic Salmon, Braised Beef Short Ribs or the Vegetarian dish Eggplant Venda Ravioli. The hotel needs the dinner numbers by August 12th so please get that information to her by August 10th.

- July 23rd, 2023 is the deadline to book hotel rooms at the PIA rate.
