SUBJECT: Defense Industrial Base Essential Critical Infrastructure Workforce

We received the attached document issued by the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment. The memorandum is applicable to the Defense Industrial Base (DIB). The DIB has been identified as a Critical Infrastructure Sector by the Department of Homeland Security. Those of you who work with the DoD in support of the U.S. Military may fall in the category outlined by the memorandum and the supporting documentation.
